​Dance for Joy


Dance and movement class designed for 50+ age group, suitable for people with a little dance experience of any sort from some stage of their lives. With choreographer Kally Lloyd-Jones, this class is a joyous combination of dance and movement styles to uplifting music. Simple exercises in a safe space that will enhance physical and emotional wellbeing, make you sweat and give you the pleasure of dancing.
Wednesdays 6.00 – 7.00pm at Kingsbarns Memorial Hall. Classes are £8 each (cash please, no need to book) on September 11th, 18th, 25th, October 9th, 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th 20th and December 4th 2024.
You can also book for the whole block with a 10% discount by contacting info@chordelia.co.uk and you can also ask to be on the mailing list.
Wear loose clothing you can easily move in, and gym shoes or trainers, dance shoes, grippy socks or bare feet – whatever is comfortable. Please do bring water.

​New Chair Exercise Class


This class is for anyone who would prefer to exercise with the stability of a chair and is designed with the 70+ age group in mind.
Keep yourself mobile and toned with gentle seated stretching and strengthening exercise to lovely music. This fun class will increase the strength of your core muscle groups and get all your joints moving. Don’t worry if you have health or mobility issues, everyone is welcome and exercises can be adapted to be inclusive of all abilities.
Wednesdays 5.00 – 5.45pm at Kingsbarns Memorial Hall. Classes are £7 each (cash please, no need to book) on September 11th, 18th, 25th, October 9th, 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th 20th and December 4th 2024.
