​Dance for Joy
​
Dance and movement class designed for 50+ age group (all ages and levels are welcome!). A joyful combination of styles of dance and movement with uplifting music. Simple exercise in a safe environment that will enhance physical and emotional wellbeing and give you the pleasure of dancing.
Kingsbarns Memorial Hall on
Wednesdays 6.00 – 7.00pm
Dance for Joy on the following Wednesdays:
September 17, 24,
October 1, 8, 22, 29
November 5, 12, 19, 26.

It’s a drop-in class (£8 per class) - no need to book, just come along.
Wear loose clothing you can easily move in, and gym shoes or trainers, dance shoes, grippy socks or bare feet – whatever is comfortable. Please do bring water.
